You have several payment options for your order at FruitBasket. You can pay on delivery in cash, via MCB Juice, or by bank transfer. For businesses, we also accept payment by bank transfer upon prior arrangement. Credit card payment is also available; please contact us directly so we can assist you with this payment method.
If your delivery was made in your absence, don't worry: you can pay later. Our priority remains to guarantee you a timely, simple, and hassle-free delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, we'll arrange your delivery with ease. We usually confirm the delivery date the day before, unless it has already been scheduled and agreed upon beforehand. On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you directly to coordinate the arrival and ensure everything runs smoothly. Our goal is to guarantee you a punctual, seamless, and stress-free delivery.
No, you're not committed! You can, of course, cancel your subscription at any time, freely and free of charge. We simply ask that you give us one month's notice, if possible. This allows us to better organize ourselves with our small producers and order the right quantities of fruits and vegetables, thus avoiding any food waste. Thank you for your understanding and for your support in promoting more responsible and environmentally friendly consumption.
Yes, of course! You can create a custom basket based on your wishes and preferences.
Simply indicate your request in the designated section when placing your order. We will then confirm product availability and the amount to be paid upon delivery. Please note: the minimum amount for a personalized basket is Rs 2,000.
However, we recommend that you choose from our pre-made baskets in order to benefit from more advantageous prices, while having the possibility of replacing certain fruits or vegetables according to your preferences.
