You have several payment options for your FruitBasket order. You can pay for your order upon delivery in cash, via MCB Juice, or by bank transfer. If your delivery was made while you were away, don't worry! You can make your payment later. Our priority is to guarantee on-time delivery, hassle-free.
Once you've completed the form, we'll contact you the same day via WhatsApp or phone to arrange a delivery date and time that works for you. You can always let us know the day before if there's a change. On the day of your first delivery, our driver will call you to confirm the details.
No, you're not committed! You can, of course, cancel your subscription at any time, freely and free of charge. We simply ask that you give us one month's notice, if possible. This allows us to better organize ourselves with our small producers and order the right quantities of fruits and vegetables, thus avoiding any food waste. Thank you for your understanding and for your support in promoting more responsible and environmentally friendly consumption.
Yes, of course! You can create a custom basket based on your wishes and preferences.
Simply indicate your request in the designated section when placing your order. We will then confirm product availability and the amount to be paid upon delivery. Please note: the minimum amount for a personalized basket is Rs 2,000.
However, we recommend that you choose from our pre-made baskets in order to benefit from more advantageous prices, while having the possibility of replacing certain fruits or vegetables according to your preferences.
